How to cook chicken kebab for diet meal

Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for Chicken Kebab for diet meal. It’s Indian popular recipe, This recipe prepare with in 40 minutes.
Let’s start with the
Ingredients
- Chicken 250 gm
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Curd 2 tsp
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Black paper powder ¼ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Pink salt as par taste
- Home made gram masala ¼ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Biryani masala ¼ tsp
- Tandoori masala ¼ tsp
- Mustard oil ½ tsp
Method:-
👉 Clean the Chicken very well,drain the water from the Chicken.
👉In a bowl add Chicken, Lemon juice, Curd, Pink salt, Red chili powder, Black paper powder, Cumin powder, Grame masala, Biryani masala, Tandoori masala and Mustard oil and mix very well.
👉The Chicken should be marinated for a minimum of half an hour.
👉Turn on the flame and heat a pan on high flame,and little bit of ghee and melt the ghee.
👉Once the ghee is heated properly, reduce the flame to medium.
👉Pre-marinated chicken gently drop into the pan.
👉Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown,keep flipping in between. each side 5 minutes fry it.
👉Turn of the flame, and take it out in the serving plate,
👉Chicken kebab is ready to serve with vegetable salad.
