Garlic Mushroom with vegtable
This is Garlic Mushroom with Vegtable. We can take this dhis as Morning breakfast or evening snack. This dish prepare with in 10 minutes maximum. This is very healthy food. It's good for all
Ingredients
- Butter
- Black pepper powder
- Salt
- Mushroom
- Carrot
- Green pepper/Capsicum
Method
- Take 200 gm of mushroom, washed it clean, Cut it your choice, But I cut each mushroom into 4 pieces
- Clean and wash the Carrot and Capsicum, Cut all the vegtables into slices.
- Heat a pan,add 1 teaspoon of butter put in to the pan,after melt the butter.
- Put all the mushroom cut pices into the pan and fry few second.
- Add salt To taste and Half a spoon of Black pepper powder,and mix well all Ingredients
- Cook the mushrooms till become soft,cook till light golden color,take it down from the pan after cooked
- Add Half a spoon of butter put in to the pan,after melt the butter. put all the vegtable cut pices into the pan and fry few second. add salt To taste
- Fry the vegetables till soft,after fried the vegtable add the fried mushrooms,mix well all Ingredients.
