Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for green mung dal fry. It’s Indian popular recipe, This recipe prepare with in 20 minutes.
Let’s start with the 
Ingredients:-
  • Green mung dal half cup
  • Onion half cup of chopped
  • Green chili 4 pic.
  • Tomato Ono.
  • Garlic ¼ Tea spoon
  • Ginger ¼ Tea spoon
  • Dry red chili no of 1
  • Salt 1 as per taste 
  • Turmeric powder ½ Tea spoon
  • Red chili powder ¼ Tea spoon
  • Mustard oil 2 Tea spoon
  • Hole cumin 1 Tea spoon
 Method
  1.  Half cup of green mung dal soaked overnight in water.
  2. It’s cook 2 whistles in a pressure cooked dal should be 90% cook.
  3. Heat the pan & add oil. 
  4. After heat the oil, add Cumin seed and Dry red chili.
  5. Add chopped onion, Green chili Slice and fry few seconds.
  6. Add chopped Garlic & Ginger and still to fry become golden colour.
  7. Then add chopped Tomato and fry few seconds.
  8. Add Salt, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder and mix well all the Ingredients.
  9. Dal fry Spice is ready, add boiled dal mix well.
  10. Add some water. Cooked 5 minute.
 Reday to serve green mung dal fry with rice, roti or chapati.
