Basa fish head with radish curry
Hello, welcome to Saida Bengali Recipe.
Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for radish with fish head chachhari. It’s Bengali popular recipe, This recipe prepare with in 45 minutes.Let’s start with the ingredients.

Ingredients:-
  • Basa fish head 1 pics
  • Radish slice 1 cup 
  • potato slice half cup
  • Chopped onion half cup
  • Garlic paste 2 spoon
  • Green chili 4 pics
  • Green coriander
  • Salt as par taste
  • Turmeric powder half spoon
  • Red chili powder half spoon
  • Hole cumin half spoon
  • Cumin powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder half spoon
  • Mustard oil 4 spoon
 Method:-
👉 Clean the fish very well,drain the water from the fish.
👉 In a bowl add fish,salt,Turmeric powder and  mix very well.
👉 The fish should be marinated for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Frying process:-
👉 Turn on the flame and heat a pan on high flame,and add oil and let it heat.
👉 Once the oil is heated properly, reduce the flame to medium.
👉 Pre-marinated fish gently drop into the hot oil. Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown, keep flipping in between.Take it out on the bowl.
👉 Add oil in the same pan again,let the oil heat properly.
👉  Add chopped onion, fry it till onions turn golden brown (approx 2-3 minute).
👉 Then add Garlic paste and salt mix well all the ingredients and cook it 2 minutes.
👉 Add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder and Green chili, mix it.
👉 Add  ¼ cup of water and mix it, cover the pan and cook it for a minute on low flame.
👉 Add pre-cut veges mix it properly , Cover the pan cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame. 
👉Add 1 and half cup of water stir it properly and boil it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
👉Put all the fried fish heads in gravy and stir it, Cover the pan and cook it 8-10 minute on medium flame.
👉 Garnish with coriander leaves, Turn off the flame.
👉Basa fish head with radish  curry ready to serve with hot rice or roti.
