Hello, welcome to Saida Bengali Recipe.
Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for Lemon mandeli fish fry. It’s Indian popular recipe, This recipe prepare with in 30 minutes.
Let’s start with the 
Ingredients:
  • Mandeli fish 200 grams
  • Salt 1 as per taste (spoon)
  • Turmeric powder ½ Tea spoon
  • Red chili powder ¼ Tea spoon
  • Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
  • Mustard oil 6 Tea spoon
Method
  1. Clean the fish very well,drain the water from the fish.
  2. In a bowl add fish,salt,Red chili powder,Turmeric powder and Lemon juice mix very well.
  3. The fish should be marinated for a minimum of half an hour.
  4. Frying process:
  • Turn on the flame and heat a pan on high flame,and sufficient oil and let it heat.
  • once the oil is heated properly, reduce the flame to medium.
  • Pre-marinated fish gently drop into the hot oil.
  • Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown,keep flipping in between.
  • Take it out on the kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
