Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for Lemon mandeli fish fry. It’s Indian popular recipe, This recipe prepare with in 30 minutes.
Let’s start with the
Ingredients:
- Mandeli fish 200 grams
- Salt 1 as per taste (spoon)
- Turmeric powder ½ Tea spoon
- Red chili powder ¼ Tea spoon
- Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
- Mustard oil 6 Tea spoon
- Clean the fish very well,drain the water from the fish.
- In a bowl add fish,salt,Red chili powder,Turmeric powder and Lemon juice mix very well.
- The fish should be marinated for a minimum of half an hour.
- Frying process:
- Turn on the flame and heat a pan on high flame,and sufficient oil and let it heat.
- once the oil is heated properly, reduce the flame to medium.
- Pre-marinated fish gently drop into the hot oil.
- Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown,keep flipping in between.
- Take it out on the kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
