Bengali Traditional Style Mutton Curry

Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for Bengali Traditional Mutton Curry. It’s Indian popular recipe, This recipe has been prepared with-in 60 minutes.Let’s start with the Ingredients.
Ingredients:-
- Mutton half kg
- 2 Potato cut into 8 pic
- Mustard oil ¼ cup
- Bay leaf 2 pic
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili 2 pic
- Chopped Onion 1 cup
- Garlic paste 2 t spoon
- Ginger paste 1 t spoon
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Black paper powder 1 tsp
- Rosted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Home made garam masala 1 tsp
👉 Peel the potato, Cut potato into 4 pieces. The potatoes should be soaked in water, so that the starch out,
👉 Clean the mutton very well,drain the water from the mutton.
👉 Turn on the flame and heat a pan on high flame,and sufficient oil and let it heat.reduce the flame to medium.
👉 Mutton drop into the hot oil, and stir it properly. Cook 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
👉 add bay leaf, salt, dry red chili and chopped onion, and mix well. Cook 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
👉 Add Garlic paste, Ginger paste and mix well, Cook 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
👉 Add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder and Black paper powder, and mix it.
👉 Add ¼ cup of water and mix well all the ingredients, and cover the pan and cook it for 2 minute on low flame.
👉 Add 1 cup of water stir it properly and boil it for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.
👉 Add per-cut potato and stir it well, and cover the pan and cook it for 2 minute on medium flame.
👉 Add 2 and half cup of water stir it properly and boil it for 8-9 minutes on medium flame.
👉then add home made garam masala powder and rosted cumin powder and mix it properly , Cover the pan cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
👉 Turn off the flame. Mutton curry ready to serve with hot rice or roti.
